degeneratieve veranderingen waargenomen van gewrichtskraakbeen bij kalveren die gedurende 14 dagen een orale behandeling met 30 mg enrofloxacine per kg lichaamsgewicht ontvingen.<\/p>\n<p>De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.<\/p>\n<p>Herhaalde injecties dienen op verschillende plaatsen te worden toegediend.<\/p>\n<p>Enrofloxacine dient met voorzichtigheid te worden gebruikt in epileptische dieren of dieren met nierdysfunctie.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer het diergeneesmiddel wordt gebruikt dient rekening te worden gehouden met officieel en nationaal beleid ten aanzien van antimicrobi\u00eble middelen.<\/p>\n<p>Het gebruik van fluoroquinolonen dient te worden beperkt tot behandeling van aandoeningen, die slecht hebben gereageerd of waarvan wordt verwacht dat ze slecht reageren op andere groepen antimicrobi\u00eble middelen.<\/p>\n<p>Indien mogelijk dienen fluoroquinolonen uitsluitend te worden gebruikt op basis van gevoeligheidstesten.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer het product anders wordt gebruikt dan aangegeven in de SPC, kan het aantal bacteri\u00ebn dat resistent is tegen enrofloxacine verhogen en de effectiviteit van de behandeling met andere quinolonen verminderen vanwege de mogelijkheid van kruisresistentie.<\/p>\n<p>Het gebruik van enrofloxacine bij lammeren in de groei in de aanbevolen dosering gedurende 15 dagen veroorzaakte histologische veranderingen van het gewrichtskraakbeen, die niet gepaard gingen met klinische verschijnselen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Speciale voorzorgsmaatregelen, te nemen door degene die het geneesmiddel aan de dieren toedient<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het\u00a0diergeneesmiddel is een basische oplossing. Was spatten direct van de huid of uit de ogen met water.<\/p>\n<p>Eet, drink of rook niet tijdens gebruik van het product.<\/p>\n<p>Accidentele zelfinjectie moet worden vermeden. Als accidentele zelfinjectie plaatsvindt, moet direct medisch advies ingewonnen worden.<\/p>\n<p>Direct contact met de huid dient te worden vermeden in verband met sensibilisatie, contactdermatitis en mogelijke overgevoeligheidsreacties. Draag handschoenen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Gebruik tijdens dracht, lactatie of leg<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er zijn geen beperkingen voor het gebruik van dit product tijdens dracht en lactatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Interacties met andere geneesmiddelen (en andere vormen van interactie)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij gelijktijdige toediening van macroliden en tetracyclinen kunnen antagonistische effecten optreden. Enrofloxacine kan interfereren met het metabolisme van theofylline door verlaging van de theofyllineklaring, resulterend in verhoogde plasmaspiegels van theofylline.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Overdosering (symptomen, procedures in noodgevallen, antidota)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden. Bij accidentele overdosering (lethargie, anorexie) is er geen antidoot en dient de behandeling symptomatisch te zijn. Er waren geen symptomen van overdosering waargenomen in varkens na toediening van het product in vijfmaal de aanbevolen therapeutische dosis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Onverenigbaarheden<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aangezien er geen onderzoek is verricht naar de verenigbaarheid, moet het diergeneesmiddel niet met andere diergeneesmiddelen
