Houd de spuit en de naald verder altijd van elkaar gescheiden.<\/p>\n<p>Gebruik geen apparatuur voor automatische injectie.<\/p>\n<p>Zorg dat de dieren correct vast staan, ook de dieren in de directe omgeving.<\/p>\n<p>Werk niet alleen als u dit diergeneesmiddel gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>In geval van zelfinjectie dient ONMIDDELLIJK EEN ARTS TE WORDEN GERAADPLEEGD en hem de bijsluiter of de flacon te worden getoond. Leg een koud kompres (geen ijs rechtstreeks) op de injectieplaats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aanvullende veiligheidswaarschuwingen voor de gebruiker<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Aanraking met de huid en de ogen vermijden. Eventuele spetters op de huid of in de ogen onmiddellijk met water spoelen.<\/p>\n<p>Kan overgevoeligheid veroorzaken bij contact met de huid. Handen wassen na gebruik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OPMERKING VOOR DE ARTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>INJECTIE VAN TILMICOSINE BIJ MENSEN IS IN VERBAND GEBRACHT MET STERFGEVALLEN<\/p>\n<p>Het cardiovasculaire systeem is het doelwit van de toxiciteit en deze toxiciteit kan te wijten zijn aan een blokkade van de calciumkanalen. Intraveneuze toediening van calciumchloride mag alleen overwogen worden als blootstelling aan tilmicosine met zekerheid is bevestigd.<\/p>\n<p>In studies met honden induceerde tilmicosine een negatief inotroop effect met een daaropvolgende tachycardie en een daling van de systemische arteri\u00eble bloeddruk en arteri\u00eble polsdruk.<\/p>\n<p>DIEN GEEN ADRENALINE \u00a0OF BETA-ADRENERGE ANTAGONISTEN ZOALS PROPRANOLOL TOE.<\/p>\n<p>Bij varkens versterkt adrenaline de door tilmicosine ge\u00efnduceerde letaliteit.<\/p>\n<p>Bij honden bleek intraveneuze toediening van calciumchloride een positief effect te hebben op de inotrope status van het linker ventrikel en ook te leiden tot enige verbetering in de vasculaire bloeddruk en tachycardie.<\/p>\n<p>Preklinische gegevens en een ge\u00efsoleerde klinische melding doen vermoeden dat infusie van calciumchloride kan helpen om de door tilmicosine ge\u00efnduceerde veranderingen in de bloeddruk en hartslag bij mensen om te keren.<\/p>\n<p>Toediening van dobutamine moet ook worden overwogen vanwege het positieve inotrope effect, hoewel dit de tachycardie niet be\u00efnvloedt.<\/p>\n<p>Aangezien tilmicosine een aantal dagen in de weefsels aanwezig blijft, moet het cardiovasculaire systeem zorgvuldig bewaakt en ondersteunend behandeld worden.<\/p>\n<p>Artsen die pati\u00ebnten behandelen die aan dit middel zijn blootgesteld, wordt aangeraden de klinische behandeling te bespreken met het Antigifcentrum op tel: 070\/245245.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Gebruik tijdens dracht, lactatie of leg<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De veiligheid van het diergeneesmiddel is niet bewezen tijdens de dracht.<\/p>\n<p>Alleen gebruiken na een risico\/batenbeoordeling van de verantwoordelijke dierenarts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Interacties met andere geneesmiddelen (en andere vormen van interactie)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij sommige diersoorten werden er interacties tussen macroliden en ionoforen waargenomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Overdosering (symptomen, procedures in noodgevallen, antidota)<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">runderen<\/span>\u00a0veroorzaakten subcutane injecties van 10, 30 en 50 mg\/kg lichaamsgewicht, die drie keer herhaald werden met een tussenpoos van 72 uur, geen sterfte. Volgens verwachting ontwikkelde er zich oedeem op de injectieplaats. De enige laesie die bij de sectie werd waargenomen, was necrose van het myocard in de groep die behandeld was met 50 mg\/kg lichaamsgewicht.<\/p>\n<p>Doses van 150 mg\/kg lichaamsgewicht die subcutaan werden toegediend met een tussenpoos van 72 uur, veroorzaakten sterfte. Er werd oedeem op de injectieplaats waargenomen en bij de sectie was een lichte necrose van het myocard de enige vastgestelde laesie. Andere waargenomen symptomen waren: moeite met bewegen, verminderde eetlust en tachycardie.<\/p>\n<p>Bij <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">schapen<\/span>\u00a0kan eenmalige injectie (ongeveer 30 mg\/kg lichaamsgewicht) een lichte verhoging van de ademhalingsfrequentie veroorzaken.
