Er is geen garantie dat alle koeien die gesynchroniseerd waren volgens het protocol in oestrus zullen zijn op het moment van kunstmatige inseminatie. De kansen op bevruchting kunnen hoger zijn als de koe in oestrus is op het moment van inseminatie. Om het bevruchtingspercentage in te behandelen koeien te maximaliseren, dient de ovari\u00eble cyclus te worden bepaald en regelmatige cyclische ovari\u00eble activiteit bevestigd. Optimale resultaten zullen worden behaald in gezonde, normaal cyclische koeien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varken:<\/strong> de buserelinetoediening is puur z\u00f6otechnisch van aard. Busereline wordt toegediend na oestrussynchronisatie. Busereline wordt toegediend aan gelten na behandeling met een progestageen. Het resultaat van de progestageenbehandeling is dat, als deze tegelijkertijd wordt be\u00ebindigd, de fertiliteitscyclus van de behandelde dieren is gesynchroniseerd. Oestrussynchronisatie wordt van nature in zeugen bereikt door spenen. Inseminatie kan 30 tot 33 uur na injectie worden uitgevoerd. Het wordt aanbevolen dat er een beer aanwezig is op het moment van kunstmatige inseminatie en het dier dient te worden gecontroleerd op tekenen van berigheid v\u00f3\u00f3r de inseminatie.<\/p>\n<p>Een negatieve energiebalans tijdens lactatie kan in sommige gevallen worden geassocieerd met de mobilisatie van lichaamsreserves, en een significante afname van de dikte van het rugvet (meer dan ongeveer 30%). Deze dieren kunnen lijden aan vertraagde oestrus en ovulatie en er dient individueel voor te worden gezorgd en mee te worden gefokt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speciale voorzorgsmaatregelen voor gebruik bij dieren <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gebruik aseptische procedures om het product te injecteren. Infectie kan optreden als anaerobe bacteri\u00ebn het weefsel op de injectieplaats binnentreden, vooral na intramusculaire injectie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varkens:<\/strong> als het aanbevolen tijdsschema niet nauwkeurig wordt gevolgd, kan de vruchtbaarheid verminderd zijn. Progestagenen en busereline kunnen alleen worden gebruikt in gezonde dieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speciale voorzorgsmaatregelen, te nemen door degene die het geneesmiddel aan de dieren toedient <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Busereline blijkt foetotoxisch te zijn in laboratoriumdieren; daarom dienen zwangere vrouwen dit diergeneesmiddel niet te hanteren. Vrouwen in de vruchtbare leeftijd dienen het product met voorzichtigheid toe te dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Voorkom contact van het product met de ogen en de huid. In geval van accidenteel contact, spoel grondig met water. Indien huidcontact met het product optreedt, was het blootgestelde gebied direct met zeep en water, omdat GnRH-analogen door de huid kunnen worden geabsorbeerd. Was de handen na gebruik.<\/p>\n<p>Zorg ervoor dat accidentele zelfinjectie wordt voorkomen bij toediening van het product door te verzekeren dat dieren op de juiste wijze zijn gefixeerd en de toedieningsnaald tot het moment van injectie is afgeschermd. In geval van accidentele zelfinjectie dient onmiddellijk een arts te worden geraadpleegd en de bijsluiter of het etiket te worden getoond.<\/p>\n<p>Eet, drink of rook niet tijdens het hanteren van het product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gebruik tijdens dracht, lactatie of leg <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Niet gebruiken tijdens de dracht.<\/p>\n<p>Het diergeneesmiddel kan veilig worden gebruikt tijdens lactatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overdosering (symptomen, procedures in noodgevallen, antidota) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Busereline heeft slechts een lage toxiciteit; zelfs wanneer de aanbevolen dosering is
